Diego Minerva specializes in international business transactions, foreign investment, international commerce and cross-border commercial contracts. His experience includes advice given to players of the cryptomoney industry.
Mr. Minerva regularly advises clients on investment projects, strategic alliances and joint ventures in several jurisdictions, including Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Japan, Africa and the Middle East.
He advises clients on strategic alliances, worldwide agreements for the supply of goods and services, distribution agreements and investment projects.
He is a Switzerland-based partner within the Corporate Law practice at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno. Previously, he was an associate with Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2005- 2007) and with Estudio O'Farrell (1998-2005).
