As part of the Women at Mitrani Caballero program, we have launched new initiatives to support the women at our firm in reaching their professional goals. These efforts align with our commitment to the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
Our first event, Listening Time, brought together our female lawyers to discuss the goals of these sessions and explore topics they’d like to see in future discussions. This gathering served as a platform for proposing ideas that will further enhance the program’s objectives.
The second event, Personal Stories, featured guest speakers Marcela de Achával, Sales Director Argentina at Kimberly Clark, and Sofía Gregorini, Argentina Operations Planning & Performance Manager at Pluspetrol. They shared their professional experiences, offering valuable insights into their careers.
