Catalina Sarrabayrouse specializes in corporate, banking and finance and capital market law. She has extensive experience in international and domestic financing transactions and regularly advises clients on banking regulations including the foreign exchange regime and rules enacted by the Argentine Central Bank. In her daily practice, she also provides comprehensive advice to national and foreign clients in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters.

She is a senior associate at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal (2011-2015).
