Experience

María Paula Díaz specializes in both local and international anti-corruption legislation, in general compliance matters and in privacy, personal data protection and corporate investigations. She is an expert in international contracts, with dedicated knowledge on agency and distributorship agreements, software, technology and data processing agreements. She has provided compliance training session in Indonesia, Singapore, Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay and has conducted complex contractual negotiations on ethical conduct for multinational companies in Italy and France.

She is a partner within the Corporate and the Compliance and Crisis Management practices at Mitrani Caballero & Ruiz Moreno. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, she was an associate at Abeledo Gottheil Abogados (2005-2010).
