Jorge García Rapp has extensive professional and academic experience in the field of Social Security Law, having conducted consultancy work in Argentina and various countries in the region for public social security management agencies.

His career includes advising on the design of pension and healthcare reforms, as well as social security systems for governments, labor unions, and top-tier companies.

He currently serves as the President of the Argentine Association of Social Security (AASS), an organization of which he is also a founding member. He is also the Director for the Americas at the International Association of Social Protection (IASP-AIPS).

He is a university professor at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA),  National University of Moreno (UNM),  National University of La Matanza (UNLaM), National University of the Northeast (UNNE), Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA), and Blas Pascal University (UBP).
