Juan Manuel has extensive experience in comprehensive tax advice. He regularly advises clients on Argentine taxation and international transactions, including restructurings, non-residents investments in Argentina, foreign Argentine investments, among others. He has experience in tax litigation at the federal, provincial and municipal level.

Juan Manuel is part of the Tax department in our law firm. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant and Manager in the International Tax Services department at Ernst & Young Argentina between September 2015 and April 2018. Formerly, he was an associate at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno in the Public Law and Business Regulation and Tax practices, between April 2011 and August 2015.

He is a member of Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales.
