María Jimena Martínez Costa is a highly skilled corporate law specialist with extensive experience advising domestic and international companies operating in Argentina. She is proficient in a wide array of corporate matters, including company formation, drafting of bylaws and shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, liquidations, and ensuring regulatory compliance for both local and foreign entities. As part of her practice, she regularly provides expert legal opinions on complex corporate issues and offers ongoing counsel to companies on their day-to-day operations, as well as managing registration processes with the Public Registry of Commerce. She also advises on the creation and structuring of civil associations and foundations.

Recently, she has been actively involved in the design and execution of complex corporate reorganization processes, such and mergers and migration proceedings.

She has over 20 years of experience teaching corporate law and currently is un charge as an adjunct professor in of a course on corporate law at the University of Buenos Aires. She also has numerous publications and has participated in numerous conferences on the subject.

She currently serves as a senior counsel at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno. Previously, she worked as an associate at Habas, Goldfarb & Asociados (2002–2004) and practiced independently from 2004 to 2014.
