Verónica Zárate specializes in cross-border transactions and regularly advises clients on international matters, in particular on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, international commercial contracts, financial transactions and investment projects in general.

Ms. Zárate is a Milan-based partner within the Corporate Law practice. Previously, she was a senior associate with Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2005-2007); a Milan-based associate with Bonelli Erede Pappalardo Studio Legale (2004-2005), with Pavia e Ansaldo Studio Legale and Studio Legale Internazionale (2000-2004). She was a foreign associate with White & Case in Washington D.C. (1999-2000).
