We advised Holcim on the acquisition of the share package of Tensolite

We worked with Holcim, one of the world’s leading suppliers of cement and aggregates, to assist its Argentine subsidiary in acquiring 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Tensolite S.A., a company specializing in the manufacturing and commercialization of precast and prestressed concrete products for construction.

The transaction had an equivalent value in Argentine pesos of approximately US$28.5 million at the time of purchase. Our advisory services focused on due diligence and the closing agreements for the transaction.
