IGJ: New Regulations for local companies come into effect

As of November 1, 2024, General Resolution No. 15/2024 (“GR 15/24”) of the Public Registry of Commerce of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Inspección General de Justicia or the “IGJ” in its Spanish acronym) came into effect, replacing General Resolution No. 07/2015 (“GR 07/15”).
