The Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security (MTEySS) has issued Resolution 918/2023, providing clarifications and details regarding the special leave granted under Law 27,674 for dependent workers, both in the public and private sectors. This leave allows them to accompany their children suffering from cancer “in the performance of studies, rehabilitations, and treatments necessary for the recovery and maintenance of their health.”
