IGJ: New amendments to the Foreign Companies Regime in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
By means of General Resolution No. 15/2024 (“GR 15/24”), published on the National Official Gazette on July 16, 2024, the Public Registry of Commerce of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (“IGJ”) is simplifying the procedures and requirements related to companies incorporated abroad, further enhancing the flexibility introduced by previous resolutions enacted by the IGJ.
