IGJ: Annual fee for corporations
By means of Resolution No. 366/2024, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights enabled the payment of the annual fee applicable to corporations (“Sociedades Anónimas” and “Sociedades en Comandita por Acciones”) registered with the Superintendency of Corporations of the City of Buenos Aires (“IGJ”, in its Spanish acronym), for the year 2024.
