New partners

We have welcomed Juan Manuel Iglesias and Maria Paula Terrel as partners in the Tax and Mining, respectively.

Juan Manuel Iglesias Mamone joined the firm in 2011 during the final years of his law degree at Universidad Austral, embarking on a distinguished professional career. Specializing in local and international tax advisory, tax litigation, with academic contributions and active participation in tax associations.

Maria Paula Terrel focuses on providing advice on international aspects of mining operations and on mergers and acquisitions within the mining industry. She has played a key role in advising companies at all stages of mining projects, from exploration, development, financing, construction, operation, to marketing. She has extensive experience advising in the lithium sector, particularly in the acquisition, development, and expansion of projects in the country.
