We participate in LatAmWEAcademy

Aixa Sureda, co-head of our Competition and Antitrust department and partner in the Corporate area, together with Fiorella Belsito, senior associate at our firm, participated in the LatAm WE Academy organized by Clifford Chance’s in New York.

The LatAm WE Academy is a leadership program that brings together an incredible and talented group of women from Latin America, who over the past 10 months have shared their time, expertise, and commitment to building a more diverse, equal, and inclusive future alongside the next generation of leaders in the Latin American legal field.

We would like to thank the organizers Thais Garcia (Partner at Clifford Chance and co-chair of the LatAm WE Academy), Julie Garfinkle (Senior Manager and Business Development in LatAm at Clifford Chance and co-chair of the LatAm WE Academy), and Carla Ruggero (Partner at Clifford Chance and Secretary of the 2024 Class Committee of the LatAm WE Academy) and all the brilliant women that participated in the program.

These gatherings are highly valuable as they foster the exchange of ideas, joint learning, and strengthen networks among female lawyers in Latin America, promoting collaboration and professional growth in an increasingly diverse and inclusive environment.
