We advised Holcim on the acquisition of Horcrisa’s share package
Mitrani Caballero advised Holcim, one of the world’s leading suppliers of cement and aggregates, to support its Argentine subsidiary in acquiring 100% of the share package of Horcrisa S.A., a company engaged in the manufacturing and commercialization of concrete for construction. The transaction was completed for a total of US$32.5 million.
Our firm provided legal counsel, covering the due diligence process, negotiation of terms and conditions, drafting of definitive agreements, and closing of the transaction.
