Open Day: A Day to Foster the Professional Development of Future Lawyers
We hosted the seventh edition of our Open Day, an event where we opened the doors of our firm to welcome law students. During the day, we introduced them to the areas of specialization available and gave them the opportunity to learn about the practice of law directly from our partners.
This initiative is part of our commitment to the professional development of young talent, offering them an enriching environment to learn and advance their careers. This year, we welcomed 32 students from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), Universidad Austral, Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA), Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT), Universidad del CEMA, and Universidad Siglo 21.
Silvina Cassano, head of the Information Center, presented her area, which is dedicated to training future professionals who, upon graduation, have the opportunity to join as junior lawyers in the practice area of their choice. Ana Clara Gómez Casadei shared her insights on the initial steps at Mitrani Caballero and highlighted the growth opportunities we offer. Having joined the firm as a student, she is now a partner in the Labor Law area.
University students who are part of our team also participated, sharing their experiences on balancing work and studies. Attendees particularly appreciated the chance to hear from their peers.
Additionally, Carolina Grillo, Head of Human Resources, explained the talent selection process at Mitrani Caballero. The event concluded with a productive exchange session, which also featured Felicitas de Achával, a partner in Labor and Social Security Law.
We thank the students who visited us and the team members who made this experience possible.
