Gender Equality: our actions towards a more inclusive future
Gender equality has been a fundamental pillar of our organizational values from the very beginning. This commitment was further strengthened by adopting the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) from UN Women, which drive us to take concrete actions to ensure an inclusive and opportunity-filled environment.
By adhering to the WEPs, we reaffirm our objective to foster a culture of respect where individuals can grow professionally without barriers or bias. In this spirit, we work to guarantee equal opportunities, enabling everyone to reach their full potential.
In doing so, we aim to create an inclusive environment where 71% of our team members are women. This same commitment extends to leadership, where 48% of our partners are women—the highest percentage among law firms in Argentina. Furthermore, we have implemented policies that ensure female representation in our executive committee.
One of the initiatives demonstrating our dedication to gender equality is Women at Mitrani Caballero, a platform designed to empower the professional growth of our women lawyers. Each session in this series strengthens the support network among professionals.
These actions reflect our conviction that an inclusive workplace is not only fair but also stronger. We are committed to building a more equitable future and believe that our efforts create a positive impact both within and beyond the firm.
