As part of this transaction, Viterra’s shareholders received approximately 65.6 million Bunge shares with an aggregate value of approximately USD 6.2 billion, as well as approximately USD 2 billion in cash. Additionally, as part of the agreement, Bunge assumed USD 9.8 billion of Viterra’s debt.

 

This award for our advisory role in this case reinforces our position as a leading firm in the Antitrust & Competition practice.
