Internal Training: Shaping the Firm’s Future Leaders

At Mitrani Caballero, the professional development of our lawyers is a top priority. We believe that providing continuous learning opportunities is key to advancing their careers. In line with this commitment, we held an internal training session focused on leadership tools.

During the session, Jorge Pico, Ana Clara Gómez Casadei, and Carlos Trogolo shared their insights and experiences to help those taking on new challenges do so successfully and strengthen their teams. It was an enriching exchange between partners and those preparing to become the firm’s next generation of leaders.
