Mitrani Caballero advised Tenaris on a strategic agreement with Lithium de France

We advised Tenaris throughout the entire negotiation process of an agreement with Lithium de France. Through this transaction, the French company of the Arverne Group acquired casing, tubing, and related services for the construction of geothermal wells.

At Mitrani Caballero, we advised Tenaris from the initial stage until the transaction was finalized. The work was led by José María Aballone, a partner specializing in international commercial transactions, and associate Elisa Macadam.

Lithium de France specializes in renewable energy production from underground resources. The wells to be built under the agreement with Tenaris will be used both for heat distribution in northern Alsace, France, and for the production of geothermal lithium. This resource is essential for the transition to electric vehicles and more sustainable batteries.
