Women at Mitrani Caballero: Closing a Year of Growth and Inclusion

We concluded the Women at Mitrani Caballero cycle, designed to enhance the professional development of our female lawyers and foster an inclusive environment. During the last meeting of 2024, we enjoyed a rich exchange among the women of the firm, who shared their interests and needs regarding professional growth, helping us tailor future sessions to meet their expectations.

This year, we reaffirmed our commitment to gender equality by joining the UN Women’s Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). In doing so, Women at Mitrani Caballero has become an integral part of the firm’s mission to empower female lawyers. Throughout 2024, it has emerged as a cornerstone for strengthening the support network among professionals and fostering growth at all career stages.

Among the most noteworthy activities were the inspiring First-Person Stories. These sessions featured prominent leaders such as Julieta Arribas Medrano, Deputy General Counsel at HSBC; Marcela de Achával, Sales Director for Argentina at Kimberly-Clark; and Sofía Gregorini, Argentina Operations Planning & Performance at Pluspetrol. These professionals shared their career experiences and provided valuable advice to encourage our female lawyers to achieve their goals.

Additionally, as part of our commitment to gender equality, we celebrated the recognition of Ana Clara Gomez Casadei, partner in the Labor and Social Security Law practice, who was selected as a finalist for the Future Leader in Diversity and Inclusion award at the prestigious Chambers and Partners Latin America Awards 2024.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who made Women at Mitrani Caballero possible and renew our commitment for 2025. We will continue to develop new initiatives to build a more inclusive and equitable professional environment for all members of the firm.
