Our Oil & Gas team represents clients before the national and provincial governments to bid for, apply for and obtain concessions, permits and licenses for the exploration, production, transportation and distribution of hydrocarbons; advises on complex regulatory matters of the upstream and downstream businesses, including highly regulated natural gas utilities; structures greenfield and M&A transactions, drafts and negotiates contracts, including joint operating agreements, joint bidding agreements, farm ins, farm outs, assignments. project financing, project development, service agreements, hydrocarbons´s gathering, processing, transportation, supply and marketing; due diligences oil & gas titles, assets, operations and companies to satisfy public listing, private equity or financial institution requirements; pursues administrative proceedings before them; and represents clients in environmental damage claims and other environmental proceedings.
