- Tenaris’s US$ 330 million sale of its U.S. electrical conduit business to Nucor Corporation.
- US$ 677 million secondary public offering of Ternium’s ADRs and concurrent repurchase of shares by Ternium and its controlling shareholder.
- Tenaris’s US$ 1.1 billion sale of its U.S. pressure control business to General Electric.
- Ternium’s US$730 million sale of certain U.S. subsidiaries to BlueScope.
- Tenaris’s US$ 2.1 billion acquisition of U.S. premium connections manufacturer and its related financing.

- We regularly advice Luxembourg-based NYSE-listed companies, Tenaris and Ternium, on corporate governance matters subject to NYSE/SEC rules and regulations, including directors’ independence and qualifications, fiduciary duties and liabilities, executive compensation issues, business conduct, insider trading, compliance and disclosure procedures, conflicts of interest, related-party transactions, confidentiality duties, and shareholder claims.
