Our firm has advised several clients in connection with their negotiations with local governments following nationalization or expropriation of their businesses or assets. We have also represented investors in domestic and international claim proceedings under bilateral investment treaties.

Regulatory Disputes

We represent clients in regulatory proceedings and litigation at the local, state and federal government levels, and we also handle local and international arbitration.
