Our commercial litigators have extensive experience in handling and managing complex civil and commercial litigation for our clients, often involving cross-border issues. We have a network of allied reputable professionals working in all provinces, which allows us to provide a complete professional support throughout the country. We have advised and represented clients in court proceedings on a variety of matters, including contract liability, shareholder conflicts, directors’ and officers’ liability, controlling companies’ liability, and bankruptcy and insolvency.

Lawyers in this practice also represent clients in arbitration, and have participated in many arbitration proceedings in Argentina, including before the Arbitral Tribunal of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.
